Foundations track
AI literacy for everyone. What the technology actually does, where it fails, and how to use it responsibly.
A complete curriculum for ASEAN organisations. From awareness for non-technical staff to deep technical training for engineering teams, delivered by engineers who ship AI for a living.
The Academy is a cohort-based training programme run on a quarterly intake. Each track ends with a capstone built on your organisation's real systems and reviewed by an EIS principal. Graduates carry the work forward into their day jobs, the capstone is the first project of the rest of the programme, not a final exam. Every track is taught by EIS engineers actively building production AI. No former academics reading from slides. The people teaching are the same people you'd want building your systems.
AI literacy for everyone. What the technology actually does, where it fails, and how to use it responsibly.
For engineers. RAG, agents, evaluation, fine-tuning, and production deployment, with code and labs.
For executives and board members. Strategy, governance, risk, and the questions to ask.
For ops, support, and HR. How to integrate AI into daily workflows without breaking them.
Groups of 12 to 24. Four to twelve weeks. Live sessions, async work, hands-on labs on your real repos.
Most programmes qualify for IMDA co-funding, up to 70% subsidy for eligible Singapore organisations.
Cohorts are 12 to 24 participants, run quarterly on-site at your office or at our One-North studio. Every track follows the same arc, foundations, applied practice, capstone, certification, tuned to the audience.
We benchmark every participant against the track's exit criteria. Participants who'd be wasting their time get redirected to a different track or format. The cohort is curated, not enrolled.
Three to five sessions establishing the patterns the rest of the track depends on, eval-driven development for engineers, value modelling for leaders, integration contracts for architects.
Sessions move from instruction to review. Participants bring real problems from their day jobs; EIS principals pair on solutions. The work that emerges here is shippable.
Each participant ships a capstone scoped to their organisation's needs and reviewed by an EIS principal. Graded on production fitness, not classroom polish.
Certified graduates join an alumni Slack with EIS engineers and other Academy graduates across ASEAN. Quarterly office hours and a discount on the next track.
Twenty-two engineers across three product teams enrolled in the Builder track. The brief was deliberately scoped, stop the divergent pattern sprawl, give every team the same vocabulary and the same evaluation discipline.
Three product teams, three RAG implementations, converged on one reference pattern across all three teams.
Average production deployment review time before and after the cohort completed.
Number of production incidents traced to prompt regressions in the two quarters following the cohort.
The certification was secondary. What we paid for was the fact that all three teams now disagree about the same things, in the same vocabulary.
