Validate your AI idea in 30 days, for SGD 2,500.

Ignite is the lowest-risk way to test whether AI fits your business. Four-week assessment, working prototype, feasibility report. Co-funded up to 50%.

Tier 1 · Ignite

The fastest path from idea to evidence.

Most AI initiatives stall because the first commitment is too big. Ignite is built for founders, SMB owners, and innovation leads who need a working answer, not a slide deck, before asking for a real budget. One use case. Thirty days. A prototype on your data and a written go/no-go.

Best for

Self-serve AI. No code. No data leakage.

Four weeks. One focused use case. A working prototype on your real data and a feasibility report your board can act on.

Feasibility report, technical, commercial, timeline
Pre-configured secure sandbox; nothing leaves your tenant
Industry prompt library tested across 50+ deployments
Weekly working session with an EIS principal

The Framework

Four weeks. Three deliverables.

A predictable cadence built around the FORGE ASSESS phase, so by Friday of week four, you're holding a decision, not a TBD.

PHASE 01

DISCOVER

Working sessions with your team. Map the problem, the data sources, the success criteria, and the constraints we have to respect.

Deliverable
Use-case brief & success metrics
PHASE 02

PROTOTYPE

We build the thing. Real data, real tools, no toy examples. You see working software within ten working days.

Deliverable
Live prototype on your data
PHASE 03

EVALUATE

Pressure-test against your accuracy, cost, and governance bars. Honest numbers, including where the system fails.

Deliverable
Evaluation results & risk log
PHASE 04

DECIDE

Written feasibility report with a clear recommendation: build, pivot, or stop. If we say stop, we explain why.

Where Ignite fits best

Ignite is sized for one focused use case at a time. These are the patterns clients have validated through Ignite in the last twelve months.

Internal knowledge assistant

Spin up a private chatbot on your SOPs, contracts, or playbooks, and prove the answer-quality bar.

30 days

Document intelligence prototype

Extract structured fields from invoices, claims, or filings. Measure accuracy on real samples before scaling.

1 use case

Customer-service triage POC

Validate auto-classification or first-response drafting against your historical ticket queue.

Real data

Workflow automation pilot

Use Make.com or n8n to wire AI into one workflow end-to-end and measure time saved.

Co-funded 50%

RAG feasibility study

Confirm whether retrieval-augmented generation will work on your corpus, and at what cost.

Written go/no-go

AI vendor due diligence

Build the same thing a vendor is pitching, on your data, so you can compare like with like.

Independent

Ignite vs. the typical “AI pilot.”

Why a fixed-fee, fixed-scope sprint produces a decision, and a vendor-led pilot usually doesn't.

Status Quo

Typical AI pilot

  • Open-ended T&M billing
  • Scope expands every fortnight
  • Built on synthetic or sample data
  • Ends with a polished demo and a follow-on quote
  • No outcome the consultant won't sell into
  • No co-funding paperwork handled for you
The EIS Way

Ignite

  • Fixed fee: SGD 2,500/month
  • Fixed scope: one use case, 30 days
  • Built on your real data from week one
  • Ends with a written go/no-go recommendation
  • Honest exit, “don't build this” is a valid output
  • Up to 50% co-funded by IMDA / regional schemes

We came into Ignite expecting another AI deck. Four weeks later we had a working prototype on our claims data and a one-page memo telling us exactly which two use cases to back, and which one to bin. That memo is worth more than every consulting report we'd commissioned that year.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Honest answers about scope, co-funding, and what happens at the end of the 30 days.

Q01What does the SGD 2,500/month actually cover?
A four-week engagement with an EIS principal, an embedded engineer for the build week, your private sandbox, the prototype itself, and the written feasibility report. No surprise line items.
Q02Is the 50% co-funding guaranteed?
It depends on your country and project, Singapore (IMDA / PDPC), Malaysia (MDEC), Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand all run schemes that Ignite typically qualifies for. We assess eligibility on the first call and handle the paperwork end-to-end.
Q03What if the prototype doesn't work?
Then we say so, in writing, in the feasibility report. “Don't build this” is a legitimate output, and a much cheaper answer than discovering the same thing in month nine of a build.
Q04Can I bring more than one use case?
Ignite is sized for one focused use case at a time. If you have several, we'll help you pick the highest-leverage one on the kickoff call. Additional use cases run as parallel Ignite engagements.
Q05Where does my data go?
Into a secure sandbox under your control. No data is sent to external model providers without your written approval, and nothing leaves your tenant. We can run on-prem or in your private cloud if your governance requires it.
Q06What happens after the 30 days?
Three options: graduate to Accelerate (embedded engineers continuing the work), keep operating the prototype yourself with a light support retainer, or pause. No lock-in either way.
Q07Who from EIS is actually on the engagement?
A named EIS principal owns the engagement end-to-end, plus a senior engineer during the build week. The same people you meet on the first call are the people who write the report.
